Rescue Salts - the name couldn't be more true!
I have POTS (a form of dysautonomia) with various comorbidities and already use Buoy's hydration drops everywhere I can. This salt now allows me to add even more electrolytes throughout my day. I can add the salt to my breakfast and the drops to my coffee! The salt also helps if you're in a pinch and don't have a beverage hanging around. It's much nicer carrying a glass jar than salt packets for when I get lightheaded. Plus, it really does feel different than regular salt - like it dissolves quicker on your tongue, so you don't have to chew the gritty bits of normal salt.
