I’m writing this review on a plane and thank goodness for these. I have POTS so flying is always a struggle to make sure I have enough electrolytes and stay hydrated. I have had POTS for nearly a year now, and Buoy is the best electrolytes out of all the brands I’ve tried! They are affordable (with the chronic illness discount program), and I love that they ship automatically so I don’t have to think about buying more. I always have a bottle in my purse, car, kitchen, and bedroom. The taste is minimal if used correctly- I noticed it for maybe a day or two and never notice it anymore.
