Initially the taste was way too strong and I wrote a bad review but now I realized I was squeezing way too much. Cant change the amount of stars anymore but would recommend this!

I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and POTS and trying to manage my liquid and electrolyte intake is a job in of itself, not to mention expensive. I had heard of Buoy before, but when I found out they are supporting the chronic illness community by offering a reduced price program I immediately ordered. I am very pleased with how easy the process was and how easy it is to use Buoy to make all my drinks better hydration. It definitely has that electrolyte salty taste in plain water, but in anything else it’s tasteless. I am in an oatmilk kick and I really love that I can add a couple squirts and it’s extra hydrating. Thank you Buoy for supporting those of us with chronic illness and recognizing that many of us are buried in health care costs and any little bit helps for us to manage our conditions and our budget.

I cannot drink anything with artificial sweetener, it gives me a severe headache. And I do not care for flavored drinks, if I'm drinking water. That's why Buoy Hydration Drops are perfect for me. No flavor, no sweeteners. I love it! And I can definitely tell a difference when I use them . I feel more energy (not like a buzzing energy, just more alert or something), I feel less thirsty, I feel more focused and I'm able to play Pickleball for longer in the heat without feeling as much muscle fatigue.
